FRUIT GELATIN
INGREDIENTS:
2 lTS OF WATER
2 D'GARI GELATIN
FRUIT COCKTAIL
COOKING PROCEDURES:
1.- POUR THE WATER IN A BOWL, KET IT BOIL
2.- ADD THE GELATIN IN A BOILING WATER. MIX WELL UNTIL GELATIN FULLY DISOLVED AND MELT
3.- MIX WELL
4 SLOWLY POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE MOLD WITH FRUIT COCKTAIL.
5.- REFRIGERATE FOR 2 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
6.-AND FINISH THE FRUIT GELATIN
